I hereby declare July 6 as National Boxer Nap Day.  Have your Dog Mother and Father notify their employers right away. You may now take the rest of the day off.

I did NOT rest well with fireworks popping off all weekend long. Any Monday holiday should automatically qualify dogs for an additional day off.

After a long, hot holiday weekend in Maryland, and a forbidden hot dog, it's time to relax on the cool stones by the fireplace.
